Which effect is the safest?
The black bar: it fully replaces the pixels. Strong blur or pixelation is enough for most uses.
Can I change an area after drawing it?
Changing the effect, strength or shape applies to the last area. “Undo” removes the last area.
Is my image uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser; nothing is sent or saved.
